1. Who we are
Intima Calendar is a private calendar, task, reminder, and collaboration service available at www.intimacalendar.com.
Privacy contact: calendar@intimacalendar.com.
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you use the service, Intima may collect:
- Account data, such as email address, account ID, and optional profile information.
- Calendar and task content, such as titles, descriptions, times, recurrence, categories, visibility settings, reminders, and sharing metadata.
- Collaboration data, such as partner invites, request status, and partner-visible availability.
- Notification delivery data, such as push endpoints, native push tokens, reminder status, delivery failures, and attempts.
- Subscription and billing metadata, such as customer/subscription IDs, product/price IDs, status, and renewal or cancellation timestamps.
- Operational and security metadata, such as app logs, admin actions, error details, and privacy-safe event history.
Private-note plaintext and private-note passphrases are not stored by Intima. Private notes are encrypted on your device and stored as ciphertext.
3. How we use data
We use data to provide authentication, calendar and task features, reminders, sharing, sync, conflict handling, import/export, subscriptions, customer support, security, and operational reliability.
We may also use schedule metadata to power user-facing productivity features such as Life Budget, energy patterns, plan stability, and scheduling recommendations.
4. Service providers
Intima relies on providers that help operate the product, including data hosting, authentication, backend functions, billing, email delivery, and push notifications. These providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Current provider categories include Supabase, Stripe, email providers, and push notification providers.
5. Data sharing and sale
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers as required to operate Intima. Calendar sharing inside the product is controlled by your event visibility choices: Public, Busy, Private, or Phantom.
6. Retention and deletion
We retain account and app data while your account is active or as needed for legitimate business, security, support, and legal purposes. Deleted items may remain in temporary recovery states before permanent deletion.
7. Security
Data is transmitted over encrypted channels. Private notes are encrypted client-side before storage. Intima also uses access controls and operational logging to protect the service.
No system is perfectly secure, but Intima is designed to limit unnecessary disclosure and preserve privacy boundaries.
8. Your choices and rights
You can control event visibility, remove partner sharing, disable notification permissions, export supported calendar data, and request support for account or data questions.
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, or object to certain processing of your data.
9. Children's privacy
Intima is not directed to children under the minimum age required by applicable law. If we learn that data was collected from a child in violation of law, we will take appropriate action.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app, by email, or through this website as appropriate.
